Administration Duties by Levels

H.B. Plant High School Alumni Association - Site Administration
There are two access levels for the administration of this site. The volunteer staff
members will be assigned one of these based on their needs in order to help
maintain the site.
The two levels are:
There fourteen (14) admin controls or areas that can be modified thru
the Administration Webpage.
Depending on the Admin Access level granted, the staff
member will be able to maintain the following functions/services:

The basic admin functions in each area are: Add, Approve,
Edit, and Delete.
In addition to the two Admin Access Levels mentioned
above, there is another admin function that can also be assigned in order to
help maintain the site. This is the Forum Moderator. The individual assigned as a Forum Moderator will have the
ability to Approve, Edit, and Delete any and all messages posted by users in
the Forum that they are assigned as Moderator in. This assignment may be given
to regular users.
