Advisory - Phishing Scam Aimed At H.B. Plant High School Alumni Association Customers

Due to a computer scam on the Internet, H.B. Plant High School Alumni Association customers may receive an e-mail scam. This is a fraudulent e-mail, also commonly referred to as a phishing scam.

It is important to protect yourself and your computer from unauthorized access and malware. Please follow these basic steps to increase the level of security on your computer.

• Step 1: Protect Your Computer. The software you need to install to protect your PC consists of firewall, antivirus, and antispyware, as well as, downloading the security updates to your operating system when available. Learn more about protecting your computer.
