However, with the proper resources and involvement, you can help protect your children.

Most kids enjoy playing games, chatting with friends, and surfing the internet. But at some point you might encounter things that make you feel uncomfortable. What should you do when someone asks you where you live, or wants to meet you in person? What should you do when someone threatens you, or calls you names? What should you do when you receive email that you didn't ask for? H.B. Plant High School Alumni Association recommends you talk with your parents or a trusted adult when something like this happens. There are also many websites that can help you learn what to do in these types of situations.
