¹ Once an Alumni is 'Registered' and eMail validated on the website they may upgrade their access to a 'Friendship' level by clicking on the 'Friendship' link in the 'Other' menu and selecting the 'Friendship' level they wish. You may also signup for an @HBPlant.org Email account at this time by selecting 'Add Email' when you choose the 'Friendship' level you want. We currently only accept fee payments via PayPal.

² In addition to the two Admin Access Levels mentioned above, there is another admin function that can also be assigned in order to help maintain the site. This is the Forum Moderator. The individual assigned as a Forum Moderator will have the ability to Approve, Edit, and Delete any and all messages posted by users in the Forum(s) that they are assigned as Moderator in. This assignment may be given to regular Registered Alumni (validated - they need not be 'Contributing Alumni', but must be at least a 'Registered Alumni (validated)').

³ The basic admin functions in each area are: Add, Approve, Edit, and Delete. Individuals who volunteer to help administer the website must be a 'Registered Alumni'.
